Bill Cole has operated Tiger Web Design as a member of the greater Springfield, MA region for more than three decades.

His latest venture is Living Local 413.  With 44,000 businesses in the pipeline, representing the business community of Berkshire, Franklin, Hampshire and Hampden counties of western Massachusetts, the premise is simple: to provide resources and bandwidth to businesses large and small.  The segments are well laid out: Media, Municipalities, Consumers and Businesses.
