Breaking Housing Matters, an Arizona-based 501C(3) organization that is dedicated to delivering affordable housing profitably has engaged SMGraves Associates to launch the first in the nation chapter for Rutland, VT. The program focuses on advocating for the passage of a local ordinance coupled with the creation of a fund for ensuring all homeowners & renters pay no more than 25% of their revenue on housing, while creating an advantageous environment for participating developers, financial institutions, houses of worship and municipalities.

‘We believe landlords and developers must get a reasonable return on their investment while people must be able to afford decent housing.’ says founder Peter de Krassel.

The launch begins February 29 with a media opportunity in Rutland, VT then heads south to Worcester, MA and Boston, MA Feb 29 and March 1.
